📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

📸 Proof Required

To process your return, please share:

  • Product photos/videos
  • Clear image of issue

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Size/fit issues
  • Minor color differences

💸 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • For COD orders, refund will be given via:
    • Bank transfer / UPI

🔁 Replacement Option

  • In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund (based on availability)
